My Therapeutic ApproachMy practice is grounded in the belief that everyone has an innate capacity for healing and growth. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner world through creative expression—no artistic experience necessary.Core Principles & Therapeutic Modalities• Art Therapy: Using creative expression as a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery.• Psychodrama: Action-based approaches that help you gain astounding insights and initiate change.• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Evidence-based techniques to address thought patterns and behaviors.• Psychodynamic & Existential: Exploring deeper origins of pain or blockages to resolve them layer by layer.• Person-Centered & Humanistic: A safe space where you are heard, seen, affirmed and cared for.• Positive Psychology & Strength-Based: Building on your inherent strengths and resilience.• Trauma-Focused: Specialized support for processing traumatic experiences safely and effectively.

What to ExpectDuring our sessions, you will use a variety of art materials including drawing, painting, collage, clay, and mixed media. You don't need any artistic skill or experience—the process of creating is what matters, not the final product. Some sessions might focus more on talking, others on art-making, and many on both. You will be in control of the pace and depth of what we'll explore together. Art therapy can help you access emotions that feel difficult to verbalize, gain new perspectives on challenges, develop coping skills, process traumatic experiences, reduce stress and anxiety, build self-awareness and confidence, and explore identity and personal meaning.
